The price per square meter for the new apartments is NOK 250,0000.

In the summer of 2022, Petter Stordalen’s new hotel, Sommerro, will be ready in the middle of Frogner in Oslo.

The hotel, which will be a hotel with more than 200 rooms, is a collaboration between Petter Stordalen, the Varner brothers and Aspelin Ramm.

In addition to the hotel, 56 fashionable apartments will also be built. According to Finansavisen, the price per square meter of these will start at 109,000 crowns. The most expensive apartment, an attic on top, costs 70 million crowns. The apartment has 277 square meters.

The two largest apartments have their own gardens, terraces and balconies. The $ 70 million apartment will have a 56-square-meter terrace, a 41-square-meter balcony and a 38-square-meter garden.

– $ 70 million is a lot of money and typically apartments that take time to work with stakeholders. Not everyone has the money to buy a home. At the same time, there aren’t many such objects, and there probably won’t be more in this area, Aspelin Ramm CEO Gunnar Bøym tells the newspaper.

The cheapest apartment, which according to Finansavisen is 39 square meters, will cost NOK 5.75 million. All apartments are sold at a fixed price.
