Norway introduces legislation to punish human rights violators. Not good enough, says the man who started it all.

Behind a pair of thin brown glasses and a large cream colored mask, it is difficult to read Carrie Lam’s facial expression when she has to explain how she feels.
But the tone of her voice makes it clear that she’s more than a little upset.
– In front of you sits the leader of Hong Kong, without access to any type of banking service. I use cash for everything. I have to collect my salary in cash because I don’t have a bank account, Lam says in an interview with the Hong Kong International Business Channel television channel.
Why do you have to spend cash? Because the United States imposed sanctions on her after she supported the new security law that nearly stifled Hong Kong’s free speech.
Now Norway will soon be able to do the same.
