Swede Benjamin Ingrosso (22) has struggled to outdo his girlfriend.
It’s been over a year since the pop star became single after a six-year on-and-off relationship with blogger Linnea Widmark (23).
The love break has been the subject of several of Ingrosso’s songs since then, including “Costa Rica”, where he sings “I want to go to Costa Rica, so I can bring my Linnea back.” Widmark has been there lately.
“Be Fine Somehow”, which they have with Norwegian Julie Bergan (26) as a duo, also deals with hurt feelings.

Although both Ingrosso and Widmark must have concluded that it was better to end the relationship, Ingrosso became a more difficult process than he was prepared for.
In conversation with program manager Peter Jihde (48) on “Listen Listening: Music Sessions” on Viafree, Ingrosso discusses how it all ended.
– We sit on a bench. Eventually he would, and she would eventually. But when you really have to, you just regret it and just “wait, wait, maybe I’ll continue anyway.” In any case, you conclude that it is better to go, but you know it will fade when you see the other with another, says the 22-year-old former participant in the Melodifestivalen.

Ingrosso says it has taken him longer than he thought to get over his ex.
– I’ve had a broken heart – a long time ago.
The artist has also been in talks with a psychologist to try to figure out why others move easily as he thinks more and more about the relationship that has ended.
Did you come with you? Pernilla Wahlgren lost the patch
I have with you? Vegard Harm finds dating apps and other snacks when he sneaks onto Ingrosso’s mobile (the article continues below the video):
Today Ingrosso is doing well, but he has spent more than a year recovering. Compare the break with a human being with whom you have lived so close, as when a human dies. Ingrosso was only 14 years old when they fell in love with each other.
– Something disappears that was natural before.
According to Ingrosso, he and Widmark have no contact today.
We are not talking. She no longer lives here. She has moved on and all that, says the pop artist, also known for the reality series “Wahlgren’s World”.

The 22-year-old says he still writes songs about Widmark, because it’s like therapy. But he understands that the rape is final, he explains. He also believes that it is good to sing about something that others can identify with.
Benjamin is the son of actor and singer Pernilla Wahlgren (52) and her ex-husband Emilio Ingrosso (54), dancer and composer.
