The municipality of Vestnes municipality received a notification on Saturday night that four people are infected with covid-19. This applies to two permanent residents and two visitors in the entry quarantine on the platform of the VARD barracks in Trohaugen.

Vestnes residents are connected to the outbreak in Fjord Township. All close contacts have been contacted and quarantined, the municipality states on its website.
