Bergen police have forensic technicians present at an apartment in Nordre Toppe in Åsane around 12 o’clock on Wednesday.

They are investigating an incident about three weeks ago. An injured man was later found outside a block, police said in a news release.

– The man was found early in the morning. I don’t want to say anything more about the man’s injuries, says police attorney Inger-Lise Høyland in the West Police District.

Høyland is responsible for the prosecution of the case and confirms that forensic technicians are on site.

– As I said, we do not know what has happened and we hope that the investigations and interrogations of the people in the block will provide more information about it, says Høyland.

Police lawyer and duty lawyer Ingeborg Drægebø says that these are investigations in an ongoing investigation.

– This is not a murder case, Drægebø tells BT.

– I cannot give any information, says Operations Director Per Algrøy in the West Police District.
