Enter writes in its listing on the stock exchange that it cannot be said with certainty whether an offer will be given or completed.
Last Tuesday, Entra received an offer from SBB of NOK 30 billion. The offer was rejected and Entra announced several interested parties, including Castellum, which has now also completed the search for acquisitions.
However, Entra is aware that the company has a strong future as a sole proprietorship and aims for solid revenues, a large project portfolio, value development and a strong organization.
Entra will publish additional information when appropriate, indicates the announcement of the stock exchange.
