Donald Trump, coronavirus | Trump rages against coronation measures: – Destroy people’s lives

Not content with states ruled by democracy.

In a Twitter message on Christmas 2, the president of the United States is very unhappy with the way the coronavirus is handled in some states:

– The shutdown in democratically controlled states is destroying the lives of many people altogether, to a much greater extent than the damage caused by the China virus. Infections in California have risen despite the shutdown, while Florida and other countries are open and doing well. Common sense, please!

Figures from the CDC show that California is the state that battles the coronavirus the most on Christmas Day. 100.5 people per 100,000 inhabitants have been diagnosed with infection in the last seven days.

Especially in the southern parts of the state there is a total crisis. On Christmas Day all the intensive care units in the hospitals were filled. Epidemiology professor Robert Kim-Farley describes the whole thing as a “viral tsunami” for the Financial Times.

In Florida, the figure is less than half that in California: 43 people per 100,000 residents. By comparison, the figure is 84.9 in Oslo, 41.2 in Bergen and 120.4 in Trondheim, according to VG.

The American president is in Florida during the day, where he can get up close and personal with the community that has some of the lightest heart restrictions in the country:

– People are advised to wear face masks if social distancing is not possible, both indoors and outdoors.

Refrain from meetings of more than 10 people.

– Avoid closed rooms, crowded places and close contact situations.

So far, more than 1.2 million have been diagnosed with infections in the state, about six percent. In the United States, more than 330,000 people have died from the coronavirus, or 1 in 1,000 Americans.
