Donald Trump: – Big Newspaper: A New Note May Help Trump

The 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump, left the White House and moved to his magnificent Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.

However, he has not fallen on good ground with Trump’s closest neighbors.

In December of last year it became known that Trump’s closest neighbors had sent a letter with a clear message to the former president: they did not want him as a neighbor.

The letter was delivered to the local city authorities and also to the Secret Service.

In the letter, neighbors claimed that Trump lost the right to live in the big old mansion when he converted it from a private residence to a private club in the early 1990s.

The Palm Beach City Council later confirmed that they are now looking into legal options to deny the president staying at his resort.

“The case is under legal review by City Attorney John C. Randolph,” Palm Beach Mayor Kirk Blouin wrote in an email to CNN in late January.

According to the channel, the city council is considering raising the matter at the next city council meeting in February.

New note: – You can stay

Now, however, a new note may be good news for Trump.

The Washington Post writes that city attorney John C. Randolph recommends that the city council allow Trump to live in Mar-a-Lago.

The major American newspaper refers to a memorandum (note or written message from the editor) that they have compiled.

In the memorandum, the attorney recommends that city council allow the former president to remain on his Palm Beach property, despite the agreement, according to the newspaper.

“Without sense”

The lawyer argues that Trump’s promise “doesn’t make sense” and claims there is nothing in the agreement from the early 1990s that specifically prohibits Trump from living in Mar-a-Lago, according to the newspaper.

The president’s attorney, John B. Marion, made the same argument in a letter last month:

“Nothing Trump said prior to the signing of the agreement is relevant,” Trump’s attorney wrote in a letter to city attorney Randolph, according to the newspaper.

According to CNN, the Trump organization has also denied that there is any agreement that regulates whether Trump can settle on the property or not.

Can cause problems

The Washington Post describes the new memorandum as “important” to Trump in his attempt to stay at Mar-a-Lago.

Whether the city council chooses to follow the lawyer’s advice is so far uncertain, but if it does, it could create problems for protesting neighbors.

The new political battle plan

If the neighbors prefer to win, it could create problems for Trump, who has now settled in the resort.

The Washington Post has been unable to obtain a comment from Palm Beach Mayor Kirk Blouin.

The neighbors must have reacted

Avisa has previously written about how neighbors for several years have been upset by traffic jams and closed streets because Trump has visited Mar-a-Lago so often.

Even before Trump’s presidency, neighbors are said to have reacted because they did not want to follow local regulations. Among other things, he installed massive masts that broke with height adjustments in the area. Trump is also said to have tried repeatedly to reject the promises he made when he turned the house into a private club, according to the newspaper.

Presented to the Supreme Court

The neighboring dispute is ongoing at the same time that Trump is being brought before the Supreme Court, and the next city council meeting may take place on the same day that the Supreme Court case against the former president begins.

“The shaman” is failing Trump

On Tuesday, February 9, the trial of the case against Trump will begin in the Senate. Trump is accused of inciting violence against the US government by claiming that cheating led to him losing the November presidential election.

The indictment accuses the president of asking people to take physical measures to prevent the Senate from approving Joe Biden as the next president of the United States, and thus having contributed directly to the takeover of Congress on January 6.

Before the attack on Congress, which killed five people, Trump spoke to thousands of supporters. He asked them to march to Congress and told them that “we will never give up and we will never acknowledge the loss of the elections.”

Trump is described in the indictment as a threat to the nation’s security, democracy and constitution while he was president.

Trump’s team, for its part, claims that Trump cannot be brought to justice because he is now a civilian.

Trump’s attorneys believe the Senate does not have the authority to deny the former president from running for public office in the future. They refer to article 1, section 3 of the Constitution, which establishes that a sentence in such cases “shall not extend beyond removal from office and disqualification from holding an honorable office.”

The defense team also denies that Trump has incited a revolt against the United States and that the former president ever committed a breach of the oath he took when he assumed the presidency.

If Trump is found guilty, it is too late to oust him as he has already resigned. But a new vote can be carried out when the result may be that he is refused to stand for election in the future.
