There must be a bomb explosion in the city, reports the AFP news agency.
A total of five people were beaten by the Scots and one of them died Tuesday night, said a spokesman for HCMC Hospital in Minneapolis. The condition of three of the injured is critical, while the fourth has been discharged.
Naudetatane was notified of the incident in Buffalo, which is near the state’s largest city, Minneapolis, at around 10:55 a.m. local time Tuesday, 5:55 p.m. Norway time. Authorities say the perpetrator was arrested shortly before 12 noon.
Police are looking for evidence in the parking lot outside the Buffalo clinic, where five people were shot.

Depending on the pain reliever
Police say it is too early to say whether the attack was aimed at a doctor, but court documents show the 67-year-old man had previously been ordered not to have contact with one of the clinic’s doctors.
The man has repeatedly expressed strong dissatisfaction with the medical care he has received, police say.
His drug abuse may have been the motive for the attack, writes the local Star Tribune newspaper. A roommate of the man is said to have told the newspaper that the 67-year-old was addicted to painkillers and was angry that the doctor had denied him more.
