The case is being updated.
On Monday, a total of seven people tested positive for the coronavirus. One of them has visited seven different restaurants this weekend. The municipality is now working to clarify the risk of infection for guests and employees. It is not known how long the person in question has been in the various restaurants, the municipal chief doctor Tove Røsstad said today.
30 quarantined
According to a press release from the Trondheim Municipality, there are about 30 guests or employees in quarantine as a result of the visits. Everyone who has been quarantined has received a phone call from the infection control office.
The municipality claims that other guests are not quarantined, but are asked to test themselves seven days after visiting the restaurant. This regardless of whether you have symptoms or not.
