[ad_1]

Outdoor activities have been one of the themes during the introduction of the new crown restrictions. In a separate letter dated January 23, the Norwegian Health Directorate has given its advice on what should be applied in relation to ski resorts.

The bottom line is that the facilities can remain open, but a number of precautions and restrictions are recommended.

– The ski resort must arrange to maintain a distance of 1 meter between people in all situations. Congestion between people should be avoided in areas where there may be congestion, such as queues for ski lifts, entrances, receptions, bathrooms, restaurants, etc. It should be possible to perform hand hygiene when necessary, ensure good and frequent cleaning, especially of frequently used contact points, write the address.

Storage of personal information

In addition, the Norwegian Health Directorate encourages facilities that have the opportunity to do so to set up systems for registering guests, for example when purchasing elevator tickets.

– Guests should be informed that the information is stored for ten days and the abstract should be stored responsibly, write the address in your letter.

Otherwise, it is noted that arrangements should also be made in the lift area to maintain a distance of at least one meter. This applies to both employees and visitors. Separate measures are also recommended for equipment rental.

– All helmets and other equipment are cleaned with soap and water or disinfected after use. As an alternative, helmets can be quarantined for 24 hours, writes the Norwegian Health Directorate, adding that heated rooms, cafes and the like connected to the facilities cannot be open for eating indoors.

Applies to the whole country

The Board’s advice applies to the whole country, not just the municipalities of Enebakk, Frogn, Indre Østfold, Moss, Nesodden, Nordre Follo, Oslo, Vestby, Våler and Ås, which on Saturday introduced a series of new restrictions following the outbreak of the English Variant of Covid-19.

For the ten municipalities and their more than 900,000 inhabitants, the following rules were introduced:

  • All events outside the home are prohibited, both indoors and outdoors, with the exception of funerals and burials.
  • Stop at grassroots sports for children and adults.
  • The following businesses and places will be closed: restaurants (but takeout is allowed), gyms, swimming pools, water parks, spas, hotel pools and the like.
  • The stores are closed. Exceptions are made for grocery stores, drug stores, and gas stations. The wine monopoly will also be closed and will not be open during the period 23.01.-31.01.

The English virus mutation was first detected in residents of a nursing home in a nursing home in Nordre Follo, with a possible spread to a kindergarten. On Friday January 22nd, 17 new positive cases with the English mutation were detected. More cases were confirmed on Saturday.
