Just after 11 p.m. on Saturday, the subway had to stop between Blindern and Majorstua, near the Police Academy, due to a fired extinguisher.

He says at 11:25 p.m. that the police received the message at 10:40 p.m., but that there is hope that the metro can start again soon.

Police have so far been unable to verify the latter.
In an update at 11:44 pm, the Oslo police write that they have investigated both the subway and the subway.

Ina Helen Østby, Sporveien’s press officer, confirms to Dagbladet that there was an incident on the metro today, near the Majorstuen metro station.
