Desperate players yelled at doctors.
There were very ugly scenes ten minutes into Sunday’s Bundesliga clash between Augsburg and Schalke 04.
Schalke profile Mark Uth went straight to the ground after hitting an Augsburg player.

Players from both teams shouted in horror at the medical staff, who took to the field.
Television footage showed Uth lying lifeless on the grass and receiving treatment for seven minutes, before being transported on a stretcher. Both teammates and opponents seemed very affected by what was happening on the field.
It was for a long time uncertain how things went with Uth, but Schalke 04 can now sign up Twitter that the player is conscious and that his state is stable. Uth will go to the hospital with the club doctor.
The event is making headlines in Germany and Uth is now receiving congratulations from various Bundesliga clubs.
After a ten minute break, the game was restarted.
