Early on Friday morning at 0442, the police received a phone call from a newsstand that had found a bloody man lying outside a house in Sandsli.

It was BA who mentioned the case for the first time.

– We have registered an investigation case to clarify what happened. The man had a lot of blood when they found him, says police attorney Arne Fjellstad.

The man was taken by ambulance to hospital.

– We are trying to get in touch with health and with the man in the hospital. We do not know the extent of his damage, the police lawyer told BT.

Service attorney Ingrid Postvoll in the West Police District says the man is 50 years old.

– We are investigating whether it is an accident or due to a criminal act. We keep all possibilities open, says Postvoll.
