NEW TASK: Aker Solutions will have more to do starting next year with the development of the Thumbelina Alpha field in the North Sea.

The Thumbelina Alpha field is located in the southern Norwegian part of the North Sea, about 25 kilometers from Ekofisk.
This work is expected to begin in the second half of 2021, according to the report.
At the same time, Aker Solutions announces that they have been awarded another contract with ConocoPhillips for the FEED work, which will begin immediately.
The Aker office in Stavanger will lead the modification work of the facilities at Ekofisk that will be integrated into the Tommeliten field. The contract is valued at around NOK 130 million and the work is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021.
