It is Flysmart24 who reports the order, which comes after an extraordinary meeting in the municipality of Ullensaker on Wednesday. The municipality is responsible for infection control measures at the country’s main airport in Gardermoen. The order comes after the city of Oslo introduced a bandage order for public transport.

– The regulations take effect immediately and apply until further notice, confirms senior communications consultant Nora Hoberg Prestaasen at Avinor to flysmart24 on Thursday.

Avinor is now continuing to work to obtain information on passenger changes.

– In the case of challenging operational situations related to congestion, Avinor may also come forward with appeals or the like to remind the order. Passengers are responsible for wearing and wearing face masks. Avinor does not enforce violations of the order, says the flysmart24 press officer.

Airlines have already introduced mandatory restrictions for passengers when on board the plane. The bandage order in the airport area currently only applies to the Oslo airport.
