When Joe Biden becomes president of the United States, Melania Trump will also be replaced by the White House. Dr. Jill Biden becomes the country’s new first lady and is passionate about education and fighting breast cancer.
“While current First Lady Melania Trump covers up the president’s mistakes, Dr. Jill Biden highlights her husband’s best instincts,” writes journalist Robin Givhan in The Washington Post in a column.
She notes, for example, that Ms. Biden has provided information to Joe on stage and has not been afraid to use her voice.
– She has not been on stage with her husband as a props, but as a person in society. She was present and made sure he was seen in the best light, writes Givhan.

On Saturday, Jill Biden tweeted a photo of her and her husband holding a sign that read “The doctor and President Biden live here.” The photo appears to have been taken at the family’s home in Wilmington.
Education is a matter of the heart
The future first lady may be the first in office to continue working full-time outside the White House. From 2009 to 2017, she was second lady while Joe Biden was vice president, continuing her teaching job at a public university in Delaware.
Public universities are one of his main concerns, and he has called them “America’s best hidden treasures,” according to her biography on the White House website from when she was the country’s second lady.
She teaches English herself and has a doctorate in pedagogy. She also has two master’s degrees.

Another of her heart problems is the fight against breast cancer. In the 1990s, four of her closest friends were diagnosed with breast cancer. He then founded the Biden Breast Health Initiative.
The organization works to raise awareness among young women about breast cancer and the importance of early diagnosis.
The other marriages of the other
Jill was actively involved in her husband’s election campaign, both in 2020 and when he ran for vice president in 2008 and 2012 with Obama.
She is Joe Biden’s second wife. The two married in 1977, after Joe’s first wife died in a car accident in 1972. She also has a previous marriage, but divorced in 1975.

The couple have a daughter, Ashley, and Jill has also been the stepmother of Joe’s children, Hunter and Beau, in their upbringing. Beau died of brain cancer in 2015.

After returning from serving in the Iraq War, Beau began working for the Blue Star Mothers of America charity. The organization supports mothers with children in the military.
