Tom Hagen, 70, was arrested by police on Tuesday morning. He is accused of murder or complicity in the murder of his wife Anne-Elisabeth Hagen, who disappeared from the couple’s residence in Lørenskog on October 31, 2018.

Tom Hagen denies the criminal charges, and his defense attorney, Svein Holden, warned Thursday that the arrest warrant will be appealed.
