Police and an ambulance rushed to the scene and the car was searched for bomb dogs without explosive charges being found.
Images from the site show that the dark van directly collided with the security fence surrounding the building. There appears to be no major damage to either the car or the fence.
On one side of the car is written “You condemned the murderers of children and the elderly”, while on the other side is written “Stop the policy of globalization.

It is not known who the driver of the car was, but according to German media he was arrested on the spot.
The car is registered in the Lippe district of North Rhine-Westphalia, the most populous state in Germany.
Prime Minister Angela Merkel announced on Tuesday that Germany’s shutdown as a result of the corona pandemic will likely have to be extended.
There have been several violent protests against the German government’s infection control measures in recent weeks.
