– Humiliated in the rudest – VG

Last year, the son of one of Norway’s most famous comedians appeared on NRK’s ​​’Rådebank’.

Kasper Antonsen (22) has enjoyed making others laugh and, in other words, he follows in the footsteps of his father Atle Antonsen (51).

Now Kasper reappears on the screen, this time with his father, in the second season of “Never Adult”.

– It was a lot of fun playing against dad. It turned out that we formed a small clan on set, because you have to stay together as a family, Kasper tells VG.

Atle’s character, “Børre”, has had a central role during the first season, something he also is in the second season.

– It was not my idea to have Kasper, it was actually the director’s, he says.

Kasper appears as “Sander”, who along with his girlfriend stumbles upon a cabin in which “Børre” has already settled.

And in the scene, Atle really delivers. In addition to a small hat that he keeps in front of his abdomen, he is completely naked.

– I’m humiliated at the worst of the scene. It was a bit strange, I must admit. But then you start, and then you don’t think about it anymore, he says.

And although at first they thought it was going to be a little weird, the son was not ashamed either.

– I probably just took it professionally, so I didn’t really think about it much, says Kasper.

– It’s bad for those who have to see it, Atle shoots.

– There has never been pressure

For Kasper to follow in his father’s footsteps, Atle thinks is funny.

– He’s a lot of fun with common interests, and he’s never pressured me. And many children end up doing the same as their parents. It’s also not that strange in this job, when we see how playful he is. You can almost postpone growth.

Are you proud

– I’m just critical, of course. No, then I do. It’s fun that he makes it possible and is involved in great productions. Most importantly, as long as kids are passionate about something, it almost doesn’t matter what it is, he says.

And Kasper thrives as an actor:

– This is what I want, and someone has to take over when Dad gets older, he laughs.

I dont want help

As a well-known comedian, you might think that there are a few tricks up your sleeve to be successful.

– But there is no final decision. It is often difficult to give concrete advice and suggestions, you have to find your own tools. Nor do I try to give advice until asked, says Atle.

Kasper appreciates it.

– It’s good, but I’m trying to do my thing. But we are similar in many ways, so I can recognize myself in much of what he does, he says.

– I guess that’s really what I should say, says Atle.

What is your relationship like outside of work?

– Absolutely damn it. We smile, but we come from a fight. No, I think it’s okay, Atle says as his son nods.

I became a grandfather again

And while the relationship is good and humorous, Kasper recently felt ready to move into his own apartment in Oslo. He and his brother Bendik decided to move out of the house the same weekend.

– It was carefully planned that we would do it at the same time, so that they felt the greatest shortage at the same time, he laughs.

It was an abrupt transition for Atle. Fortunately, there was good news that made it a bit easier:

– We had grandchildren the same weekend. They also live close by, so there really isn’t much of a difference, he says.

Kasper does not hide the fact that it is wonderful to live for himself.

– And then I have a short way home to find prepared food, he says.
