WEST BROMWICH ALBION-ARSENAL 0-4
Arsenal traveled to The Hawthorns for tonight’s game against West Bromwich on Saturday night. Heavy snowfall on the pitch early in the game left its mark on the first half, but the playing conditions did not seem to affect Arsenal at all.
They achieved a comfortable victory after goals from Kieran Tierney, Bukayo Saka and Alexandre Lacazette.

Especially the first two goals with real snow impressed the experts. Tierney moved away from his keeper and tossed the ball into the far corner in the 23rd minute. Five minutes later, Saka finished off a nice attack in the open goal
– What a wonderful goal. It’s very well done, says Erik Thorstvedt of the first goal before Trevor Morley summed up the second by reminiscing about the glory days with Thierry Henry, Robert Pires, Dennis Bergkamp and the old Arsenal stars in the lead roles.
– This is the kind of football we are used to seeing from Arsenal, says Morley.
– An absolutely huge goal. This should please Arsenal fans who have had a few rough weeks, Thorstvedt added after Emile Smith Rowe, Lacazette and Saka combined beautifully and played fully in a dizzying home team.

In the second half, Lacazette increased to three and four zeros for Arsenal against a losing team from West Bromwich. Sam Allardyce seemed at times very dissatisfied on the bench after following up the 0-5 loss to Leeds a few days ago with another fragile effort.
Arsenal’s victory could have been greater with more efficiency. Arteta’s men advance to 13th place in the Premier League following Saturday’s victory. West Bromwich is second to last with six points to safety.
