He was downstairs for several hours.
Thousands of TV customers experienced black screens on Tuesday where TV channels 2 should have been. This applies to those with Telenor, Telia and Riks-TV.
Just before 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday night, the problems have been fixed and affected customers will have access to the channels again.
This is confirmed by TV 2 press director Jan-Petter Dahl in a text message to Nettavisen.
He previously stated that there were problems on the lines between Oslo and Bergen that led to black screens for several customers.
– This means that there are no TV 2 signals on clients who have Riks-TV, Canal Digital and Telia, he told Nettavisen.
The problems arose around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, and the reason is that two fiber lines between Bergen and Oslo are down, TV 2 writes.
However, TV 2 is not down on Altibox clients, and streaming from TV 2 Sumo also works normally.
“All the men are at work and we work under a lot of pressure to correct the mistake,” says Dahl.
