An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.3 was measured outside Zagreb. Mass destruction, trapped people and deaths are reported.
An earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale has been recorded 46 km southeast of the Croatian capital, Zagreb. It was registered by the International Seismological Center, EMSC, around 12.20.
The Croatian Red Cross reports a “very serious situation” in Petrinja after today’s earthquake Twitter.
One child has been confirmed dead and several injured, the city’s mayor told Croatian media.
