39 new cases of infection in Stavanger

The municipality of Stavanger reports 39 new cases of infection on Monday morning. Sandnes also reports three new cases.

The municipality of Stavanger reports 39 new cases of infection in the last 24 hours on Monday morning.

These are divided into age groups:

  • 0-9 years: 7 people
  • 10-19: 6 people
  • 20-29: 14 people
  • 30-39: 6 people
  • 40-49: 4 people
  • 50-59: 2 people

According to the municipality, two of the cases are travel-related, 31 are defined as close contacts, four have an uncertain source of infection, and two cases have an unknown source of infection.

During Sunday, 640 people were tested in Stavanger.

The 39 positive tests are a slight decrease from Saturday, when 44 people tested positive for the coronavirus.

The municipality of Sandnes reports on Monday morning about three new cases of infection.

The three cases of infection are:

  • Female 50-60 years (entrance to the red country)
  • Male 70 to 80 years (monitoring of ongoing infection)
  • Woman aged 60 to 70 years (monitoring of ongoing infection)
