The European Handball Federation presented the star team in the hours leading up to the final between Norway and France.
Three of the nine locations are Norwegian. No other nation has so many. The closest is Denmark with its two (Sandra Toft and Line Haugsted).
When praised, the Euro hero is upset
Oftedal has captained Norway’s quest for the European Championship title, while Herrem has swept the left wing. With 48 goals in 62 shots, Mørk is the top scorer in the championship.
French star Estelle Nze Minko has been named the most valuable player of the Euro.
