Earlier this week, they had to shut down to place orders in eastern Norway because they had exploited their capacity, and now they are doing it again. On Wednesday, they closed for orders through Friday night.

Strong growth
This week’s orders are up 140 percent compared to the same week in 2019.
– The morning delivery is in a very hectic period, with a very high demand for our products. We are growing so much that we have had to shut down service in some areas, he says.
He thinks it is a shame that customers cannot place the orders they want, but want to open as soon as possible. It is in Oslo, Asker, Bærum, Ski and Drøbak where Morgenlevering has closed for orders now, according to Liland.

“We have reached the maximum number of packages that we can deliver in one day until Friday, so we have had to close for orders to these areas,” they report in their app on Thursday.
You can usually book up to ten days in advance as well, but they’ve closed it for now until Friday night.
Place orders for others
– At the moment, we are open to orders as soon as possible. Of course, we want as many people as possible to order before Christmas, Liland says.
He says that many people want to order breakfast for more than just themselves.
– It is clear that Morgenlevering is a product that is in great demand, both to please others as well as themselves. We think it’s very rewarding, he says.

The company has had great growth throughout 2020 and the CEO is satisfied with that.
– It is an incredible development and very exciting to be a part of this here. Now we will work as much as we can to move further, says Liland.
