The United States Supreme Court has rejected Texas’ lawsuit, which demanded that the results of the elections in the state of Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Arizona be annulled.

Joe Biden won in all four states, where a total of more than 20 million votes were cast.
On Tuesday, Texas filed a lawsuit demanding the annulment of the result. This would have led to Biden losing 62 electoral delegates and thus the winner of the election.
The lawsuit was based on the fact that states used the crown pandemic as an “excuse” for unconstitutional changes in electoral rules, and because many postal votes allegedly contributed to electoral fraud.
Eighteen other Republican-led states and more than 100 of President Donald Trump’s Republican supporters in Congress backed the lawsuit. On Friday it was rejected.
This happened despite the fact that six of the nine Justices on the Supreme Court are now conservatives. Three of them have been appointed by Trump.

The accusations are rejected
Evidence of widespread electoral fraud has never been presented, and state authorities, the United States National Election Commission, foreign election observers and US Attorney William Barr reject the claim.

Trump himself maintains that he won the November 3 election, despite the fact that Biden obtained more than 7 million more votes and 306 electoral delegates against Trump’s 232.
Last Thursday, Trump repeated the claim in a 46-minute video, which was posted on social media.
Trump himself described this speech as perhaps “the most important” during his presidency, while according to the US media it consisted largely of misinformation that has been previously refuted.
On Monday, the 570 electoral delegates will formally name the next president of the United States, Joe Biden.
