Stine told her story on TV 2 Nyheten on Sunday night. About the child welfare service that received reports of concern about her since she was four years old. Neighbors, police and a nursery reported the filling of the mother’s house and that the child was left alone. But she was never permanently separated from her mother.
Her parents were divorced and she lived with her father when he was not in the North Sea, where he worked. Otherwise, he grew up with his mother in Brumunddal.

It’s clear that a case officer wrote the request the day after the child welfare service had conversations with Stine, when she was ten years old. The girl told a bad story. Not registered sent
The child welfare service sent the request document to Stine after she complained about the decision that she did not have full access to her folder.
– Reveal that someone would intervene. And that has not happened. I just get mad, says Stine.
– Since the document has been included in the list of documents, we now believe that it should have been submitted, writes Libet Gjønnes, director of child welfare.
He also confirms, in the letter to Stine, that the request has not been registered.
– The letter seems unfinished. And we can’t find any documentation in the magazine notes or other information that the letter was sent to the Hedmark County Municipality.
The child welfare director upholds the decision of the child welfare service that only partial access to the child welfare file is given to the 36 year old. But a general description of the file is also attached to the letter to Stine.
The reason why the foster home application was not submitted has now become one of several questions about childhood, to which Stine wants to find answers.

When she was 17 years old, she called the child welfare service herself and said that she could no longer live with her due to drug abuse. And he left home.
