Just before midnight on Sunday night, the police had to end a party in Loddefjord in Bergen.
– We were notified of the noise and concerns that there might be more participants than allowed, Tatiana Knappen, operations manager in the West Police District, tells TV2.
Nine people were present at the party. There is a violation of the local infection control rules in the municipality of Bergen, because it is not allowed to gather more than five people in private homes.
The police also had to stop another party with eight participants at Straume in Øygarden municipality. A review is also created here.
– Whether all party participants or just the homeowner are informed, I can’t say for sure, says Knappen.
Hidden
The participants of both parties were between 20 and 30 years old. They reacted differently when the police arrived on the scene.
“Somewhere people started hiding around the house,” says Knappen.
– But it seems that most people take the point when the police first arrive at the scene and line up after that, says Knappen.
Already early Sunday night, the police received many reports of party noise and alleged violations of local infection control rules.
– In downtown Bergen, it is reasonably dead, but there are many signs that the parties are moving into private homes, Knappen says.
13 people reported
In Oslo, police stopped a party at Holbergs plass after a report of party noise and a lot of people in an apartment, police write on Twitter.
The 13 participants of the match are denounced for violating the Infection Control Law.
