He is in contact with Instagram.

On Friday, followers of the Bohus furniture chain got a surprise on Instagram. Instead of images of sofas and beds, two videos that have nothing to do with furniture have been posted on the chain’s account.

The account name has been changed to “Support For Community” and the bio has also been changed.

On their Facebook pages, the chain writes that they have been hacked on Instagram and that they recommend not opening anything from the account. This is confirmed by the director of marketing and category, Janicke Ruud Nielsen.

– Unfortunately, yesterday we were hacked and someone seized the account. All of our content has been removed and replaced with a very special activity, he tells Nettavisen.

Ruud Nielsen claims that they are now in contact with Instagram. She says they do not know who is behind or the motive behind the hackers’ attack.

Those who have taken over Bohus Norge’s account also comment on other people’s accounts, including Nettavisen’s Instagram account.

According to its own website, Bohus is the largest national furniture chain in Norway.
