The afternoon negotiation meeting began at 5:00 p.m. and ended in just under 10 minutes. Then an unsuspecting FRP had been told that the ruling parties wanted to end the negotiations in the Storting and rather raise them one level. This is to achieve a better progression in the negotiations.

– Now there are some questions in the negotiations that remain as the government parties warned the FRP that it must be taken at the party leader level for the negotiations to continue there, said conservative fiscal policy spokesman Mudassar Kapur on his departure from the meeting.

He did not want to go into the issues at hand.

– But we agree with the decision, says Kapur.

Frp: – It’s ok for us

Fiscal policy spokesman in Frp confirms that the desire to lift the negotiations came from the government parties.

– That is good for us. It’s the case that you don’t agree on anything until you agree on everything in the negotiations, but we’ve come a long way, says Listhaug.

She says there are already a lot of good advances for Frp in the pot, but not enough to have reached a deal. Listhaug also said that the negotiating delegation has received a marching order from its own national meeting that the toll burden should be reduced, continue to focus on the road and ensure that pensioners increase their purchasing power.

– We did not reach the finish line because not enough has been put on the table. We need more, Listhaug says.
