Georgia Elections Commission Chairman Gabriel Sterling announced the results to the AP news agency Thursday night.
The counting of some 5 million votes has been done by hand. The new review came about because the result was a jam between the two presidential candidates.

I forgot the memory cards
Before the manual recount, Biden led by just under 14,000 votes. During the countdown, several memory cards were found with several thousand early votes that had not been loaded.
In Floyd County 2,600 forgotten votes were found and in Fayette County 2,755 unspoken votes were found. When these votes were included in the distribution, Biden’s margin of victory had dropped by 1,200 votes, to 12,800.

Therefore, the election committee of the two counties must re-approve their results. The state election commission has until Friday to approve the results for all counties.
Once this is done, the losing party may demand a recount. In that case, it will be done mechanically.
