VG knows that Ødegaard has sufficient documentation that the rules do not apply to him.
It is still too early to determine if this means he will be part of a possible squad against Austria.
– It has not commented on the matter. Now he has just been rejected for international play and the club wants him to come back as soon as possible, and what happens with the Austrian match has not been clarified, says Svein Graff.
