When program director Sigrid Sollund went to ask about infection control rules in upper secondary schools, something very special happened.

NRK’s Dagsnytt 18 show is used to dealing with various topics, but when Sollund started tonight’s broadcast on Wednesday, there was total confusion.
The hostess first approached what she thought was Kjersti Heldaas, an associate teacher at Nøtterøy Upper Secondary School.

Dagsnytt 18’s head of security, Anne Katrine Førli, has to resort to laughter when explaining the episode.
– We just have to stay completely flat and admit that the quality assurance was not quite at the top here. There was confusion around a guest who suddenly ran into the study. Fortunately, several years have passed since the last time it happened, and then it was the entire panel that was wrong, he laughs at Nettavisen.

-Then it is nice to be able to spread a little joy in these times we are in. I see that several have reacted in a funny way on Twitter. At the same time, both Sahba and Sigrid tackled it brilliantly. Sigrid is used to dealing with unforeseen things and I’ve also apologized to Sahba, she says.
The final explanation probably lies in the fact that things “went a little fast at first”, as well as the attention that was paid to the “crown wash” of the computer and the desktop before the transmission began.
