– This morning, the police received a message that made us want to prepare for various eventualities, reports the Agder Police Operations Center.

The police further affirm that they will return with more information when they have clarified the course of events.

According to the NRK experience, this is a hostage action that takes place in a district of Kristiansand.

Two people are to be arrested, NRK is informed at 3:45 p.m. No one should be hurt. It is a drug-related settlement in an environment known to the police.

– For the sake of the assignment that is still in progress, I still cannot say what it is about, Agder police operations manager Vidar Arnesen tells NRK.

At 2:26 p.m., the Agder police issued a press release.

– At the moment, we do not want to comment on the transfer, but there is no reason to believe that there is any danger to the population, says Arnesen in the press release.
