The Progress Party will cut the NRK allocation by NOK 2 billion.
It appears in the party’s alternative state budget, which is presented in full on Monday.
In the government’s proposal for the state budget for 2021, NOK 6.6 billion has been reserved for NRK. FRP will reduce this to 4.6 billion.
– NRK gets 6.6 billion from taxpayers and is fully protected from both competition, media crisis and efficiency. FRP believes that NRK should start engaging with the same realities as the rest of Media Norway, says media policy spokesman Himanshu Gulati.
