John Christian Elden believes that there are no entertaining trials. But he still found his hilarious moments as a defender in the Bertheussen case.

– This is a very nice day after a demanding period.

Monday this week: John Christian Elden had breakfast at home for once, spent time with a sick child, answered emails and phones, went to the hair salon, and took the subway to the office. All in due time before 11 o’clock.

Now that there are some meetings waiting, he will go through a stack of case documents, before he returns to participate in a live broadcast of Åsted Norway on TV 2. It ends at 22.40.

Leave lunch in favor of Aftenposten, have coffee in a cardboard cup from the vending machine in the reception area, and lead the way to a meeting room in the bright and spacious premises of the Elden Law Firm on the 9th floor in downtown Oslo.

They have spent seven weeks in room 250 of the Oslo District Court as Laila Bertheussen’s defender, the ties are rolled up in the closet.
