The man was wanted on July 1 of this year. As recently as yesterday, the police thought it was suspicious that he had not reported. The Norwegian has explained that he has not received the application before. On Wednesday night, he realized that he might be the one the police wanted to contact.

The man was filmed by multiple surveillance cameras in Lørenskog on the day of his disappearance on October 31, 2018, just over an hour after Anne-Elisabeth Hagen’s last known sign of life.

He walked in the direction of and from the scene before 11 o’clock on the day of the disappearance.

– You have given an explanation of your own movements to the police and have submitted documentation, including in the form of electronic leads, that verifies the information. His explanation is also supported by witnesses, says Hemiø.

NRK reported last week that the man was likely wearing a Missing Link-type jacket. Later, the police confirmed that they were with the company that produces the jacket. In the last week, therefore, the case has received more attention.

The company also released how many jackets have been sold and in which country of the country they have been sold, considering that the police wanted to locate the buyer.

Police collected 6,000 hours of surveillance video almost two years ago. During the same time, the hooded man has not been identified.

Anne-Elisabeth Hagen’s husband, Tom Hagen, is charged with murder or complicity in the murder in the case. A man in his 30s has also been charged with aggravated prison complicity.
