– The investigation so far indicates that Dan E vivos Lid (48) was killed between 05.00 and 06.00 on Saturday 3 October, says police lawyer Morten Formo in the Agder police district.

Police will contact the driver and passengers of a car that was in the area on the night of the murder.

The car passed through the innermost part of Suldalen in the direction of Kjerrane shortly before 05:00.

The driver or passengers may have made important observations to the police. The car has circulated in the area that is relevant for the police to have control, he says.

– All the observations of other people who may have been in the area are interesting, says Formo.

– The police ask the public for advice on the observations and movements made in Suldalsveien / Gamle Mandalsvei between 04:30 and 06:00 this morning, says Formo.

Police believe Lid was killed by one or more perpetrators. So far no one has been arrested.

The 48-year-old man was found dead in his apartment with visible injuries on October 3. He was last seen alive on Friday, October 2.

– A fairly extensive investigation has been carried out to obtain the information we are reviewing. Considering what may be relevant for further investigation, he says.

– What other leads are you following now in the investigation?

– We have collected a lot of information that is reviewed. We conduct ongoing questioning when necessary. We still keep all possibilities open, he says.

Police had asked Tesla owners for help with dashboard cameras to solve the case.

The crime scene is in a well-supervised housing association along Gamle Mandalsvei in Suldalen, just outside the center of Kristiansand.
