The panel will help Congress decide whether it is relevant to activate the 25th constitutional amendment, the proposal by Democrats Jamie Radkin and Nancy Pelosi states.

Earlier Thursday, Nancy Pelosi told a news conference that she will address the constitutional amendment, which opens for the impeachment of the president, on Friday.
