Today, Q10 takes over IKM Offshore Service AS.

On Friday, September 25, IKM signed an agreement with Q10 on the sale of IKM Offshore Service AS, which will come into effect from October 1, 2020. As part of the transaction, IKM enters the ownership of Q10 Offshore AS with a 20 percent stake.
This is what IKM Gruppen writes in a press release.
The price of the deal has not been stated, but IKM Offshore Service AS Chairman of the Board, Ståle Kyllingstad, is positive about the transaction and is happy to be able to secure the workplaces by joining forces.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Q10 Offshore AS, Tord Løberg, states the following in the report:
– We look forward to further developing the companies as well as forging even stronger ties with IKM. As a staff provider for several major players on the Norwegian platform and in the industry, we view this agreement very positively. With this acquisition we strengthen
our position in the market and is even better equipped for future deliveries.
