Police cordoned off an area at Sunnhordlandstunet in Stord after the discovery, writes VG, who was the first to mention the case.

The message about the discovery of the objects arrived at 10:10 p.m. on Saturday night.

– We have asked the bomb squad to investigate the case and we have had guards on the scene overnight until Sunday, Operations Manager Olaug Bjørnsen in the Southwest Police District tells NTB.

He will not go into details about what kinds of objects have been found, but these are two objects that the museum has found very close to each other in the park.

– We have asked the bomb squad to identify the objects, then we will see. We have not received a response to the investigation going through the Oslo police, says Bjørnsen shortly after 6 a.m. on Sunday.

She estimates that the police will find out if the bomb squad will arrive early Sunday morning.
