Sentenced for the fourth time

A summer day in late June 2010 began as usual for Locane at her Hopewell, NJ home. She went jogging with her two young daughters in a double stroller.

He then stopped by at a party at a nearby local theater, before driving to a barbecue with a friend. There she was with her then husband, Mark Bovenizer, and their two children.

After drinking alcohol at the party, Locane had to drive home alone in his truck. That was when she got into Fred Seeman’s car, just as he was turning left into his driveway.

Locane had almost three times the legal amount of alcohol in his body when he collided with the car, causing the accident that took the life of Helene Seeman.

A judge now believes the star has yet to acknowledge her role in the fatal accident that took the life of Seeman, 60, and injured her husband.

– Made a conscious decision to drink that day and continued drinking. He said he needed transportation, but couldn’t get it. If he hadn’t gotten behind the wheel that night, this would never have happened, the judge in the case declared Thursday afternoon Norwegian time.

For this reason, he has sentenced the star to eight years in prison. State laws state that you must spend at least six of these years in prison before you can apply for parole.

Hard case

The case has stunned the New Jersey judiciary for more than ten years, and this is the fourth time she has been found guilty. The first two sentences were too short, several thought, so the case was appealed again.

Last year she was sentenced for the third time to five years in prison. Even then, it was decided that the penalty was too low. It was emphasized that the star did not behave with the remorse that she should, among other things.

The television star was in prison for two and a half years before being released for the first time. Now you have to go back. Her attorney James Wronko firmly opposes the new verdict.
