A mother of seven and her son were shot and hit by multiple bullets when unknown men fired multiple shots through a living room window from the darkness outside. The incident took place in a residential area of Fjellhamar in Lørenskog on April 4, 2018.
The mother of seven has told Dagbladet that she believes she has been the victim of an assassination attempt.
Disappointed
The fact was investigated as an assassination attempt, but the shock was great for the family when the four people were accused of serious threats where the sentence is three years.
– We cannot accept this. We have been waiting for two years for the perpetrators to be punished for trying to kill us. It’s just a coincidence that no one died, the woman who was shot three times before the trial told Dagbladet.
All four people have now been cleared of the threat charge.

Åse Schei was an assistant lawyer for the mother of seven who was shot twice in the thigh and a bullet in the finger.
– My client is very disappointed and thought this was a big burden. She. expect the police to appeal, says Åse Schei.
– She believes that this verdict is a sign that if it is not explained, she will be successful in getting her way.

– It is a good and complete verdict in which the court administrator argues thoroughly, both in fact and legally, for acquittal, says Øyvind Bratlien, who defended one of the four defendants.
The lawyer believes that the verdict shows that the case should not have been taken to court with the lack of evidence that the case has on key points and that the court highlights.
Vidar Lind Iversen says his client is happy to be acquitted and that he never expected to be convicted in the case.
– It’s a good, complete and well-thought acquittal, Lind Iversen tells Dagbladet.
Dagbladet has yet to reach prosecutor Sonika Sharma-Sundheim, who was the prosecutor in the case.
