Stabbing in Oslo – fled the scene

[ad_1]

– Police are at the scene with several patrol cars following a report of a stabbing. We have control over a victim who is being treated by ambulance personnel. Several patrols are probably looking for two perpetrators who are said to have fled the scene, police write on Twitter.

The injured have been taken to hospital and are described as seriously but not seriously injured.

– It was not clear if it was one or more perpetrators. Based on what we have now, it is an assailant we are looking for, the police write.

– Description: dark skin, young, green “Gucci” cap, black top, green pants. Run in the direction of Jacob Alls gate towards Kirkeveien.

Male in his 20s

Operations manager Christian Krohn Engeseth tells TV 2 that the victim is a man in his 20s.

– We have received several phone calls, but we have not yet arrested anyone, he says.

– What do you know about the course of events?

– It’s too early to say anything. The victim is being treated, Engeseth says.

It must have been a fight

Task leader Thomas Broberg of the Oslo Police says they are only in control of the injured person.

– The wounded had knife injuries that are compatible with stab injuries, he tells TV 2.

Police first received reports of a possible stabbing at Marienlyst school, but found nothing here. In the area a short distance away, the police find an injured person, with visible injuries to his face.

– It must have been a fight, where at least one person was observed fleeing the scene. We have an injured person and we have no control over anyone else, says Broberg.

The police are actively searching for the perpetrators.

– We have no specific suspects in this case at the moment.

Shortly before 7:30 p.m., the police have finished on the spot and are opening a case.

– There is no arrest so far in the case, write the police.
