The National Institute of Public Health (NIPH) recommends that Estonia be red, while Poland, Iceland and Liechtenstein be yellow.

NIPH is also proposing to make changes for several Swedish, Danish and Finnish regions this week.
In Sweden, FHI recommends removing the entry quarantine for Kalmar (6.9) and Blekinge (4.4).
I want Denmark all red
In Denmark, NIPH recommends introducing entry quarantines for the Zeeland (41.1) and North Jutland (41.2) region. If the government decides during the week, it means that all of Denmark will be red for Norwegians.
Since before, both regions, Hovedstaden, Midtjylland and Syddanmark are red.
For Finland, the NIPH recommends removing the entry quarantine for the Kainuu region (12.5), but introducing the entry quarantine for the South Savonia region (30.4).
The government will make a final decision during the week. All changes will apply from midnight until Saturday, September 19.
