The National Institute of Public Health notes that both Italy and Slovenia have reported a rapid increase in the number of infection cases in recent weeks, and in the latest assessment they stood out as two countries that needed to be followed particularly closely during the week. . Every week, NIPH provides an assessment of the infection situation in the EU, EEA and Schengen countries.
