More and more media are claiming that Ole Gunnar Solskjær is in the process of bringing in Donny van de Beek (23) from Ajax. In that case, it will be Manchester United’s first signing this summer.
According to Dutch De Telegraaf, The Athletic and journalist Fabrizio Romano, among other Sky affiliates, Van de Beek must agree with Manchester United on personal terms. Several British media also report this.
Spanish Sport writes that van de Beek has said goodbye to his teammates at Ajax and has said that he will become a Manchester United player.

Clubs must also have a verbal agreement on the transfer fee, which will be between NOK 400 and 450 million. Romano writes that there is an expectation that the negotiations will proceed without pain, as van de Beek will want a transition.
