The weekend offers good weather in various parts of the country, but only next week can you really enjoy the high pressure that builds up, according to the Meteorological Institute.
On Friday, there will be some heavy rain both in Inntrøndelag and inland eastern Norway, while in Agder overnight and overnight a strong gale is expected on the coast.
– Otherwise, there is little wind to speak of. There is only a slight increase in wind in the far south, which tomorrow may cause rain locally in southern Norway and also in northern Norway, where there will be construction weather, says Meteorological Institute duty officer Tone Christine Thaule , to Nettavisen.
In fact, there is a line of showers approaching Finmark, where there may be a force of wind from the southwest to a strong gale. North of Stad, as well as Møre og Romsdal and Trøndelag, you can also expect construction weather this weekend, but the further south you go, the better weather.
– There will be longer periods of sunshine here, Thaule believes.

– Going towards improvement
Sunday in particular seems to be a nice day in much of the country, perhaps with the exception of western Norway, where there may be some showers.
The best weather, however, seems to be waiting until next week, more specifically Monday and Tuesday.
– We should look forward to some construction activity this weekend, but it will get better after that. Next week will be more stable, and already from Monday to Wednesday, especially in southern Norway, good weather can be expected, says Thaule.
Further north, you will probably have to wait until Wednesday and Thursday before benefiting from the high pressure move.
Then you get fronts that can give precipitation further south again, and maybe mainly in western Norway, but this can change quickly, adds the meteorologist.

– Can exceed 20
Although next weekend will likely be for high temperatures at the earliest, Thaule believes that next week may give degrees that are in their 20s.
– We are talking about fast temperatures of up to 20 degrees in various places, while in the valleys and in local areas it can also affect more than 20 degrees. I think there should be opportunities for that, he says.
The same will also apply to Trøndelag next week, and especially from Wednesday and Thursday inclusive.
