Delays of fear
If the E18 battle hasn’t delayed the Fornebuban yet, you can do it quickly.
– We will continue our progress. But in a few weeks, there is so much uncertainty that we have to set foot on the ground and see what to do, Hermstad says.
Negotiations on the first major ground work contract will begin shortly, while the first tunnel contract is on its way to the market.
– We completely depend on the Transport Minister confirming that the state is taking its part of the road, as promised eleven months ago, says Arild Hermstad.
